Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pizza base: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pita breads or English muffins on a baking sheet.
  2. Add the sauce: Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each mini pizza base.
  3. Top with cheese and toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce. Add the finely chopped vegetables and any optional protein like cooked chicken or turkey.
