mini burgers

Here’s a simple recipe for making mini burgers:

Ingredients:

  • Mini burger buns (12)
  • Ground beef (500g)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (optional, 1 tsp)
  • Onion powder (optional, 1 tsp)
  • Cheddar cheese slices (6, halved)
  • Lettuce leaves (as needed)
  • Tomato slices (as needed)
  • Pickles (optional, sliced)
  • Ketchup and mustard (optional)
  • Olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the patties:
    • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using).
    • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, about the size of your mini buns.
  2. Cook the patties:
    • Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
    • Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re browned and cooked through.
  3. Melt the cheese:
    • In the last minute of cooking, place half a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cover with a lid to allow it to melt.
  4. Assemble the burgers:
    • Cut the mini buns in half and toast them lightly if desired.
    • Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a patty with melted cheese.
    • Add a slice of tomato, pickles (if using), and a small dollop of ketchup or mustard.
    • Cover with the top bun.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve your mini burgers with fries or a side of your choice!

Enjoy your mini burgers!
