Mini Panini Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 mini sandwich rolls or small pieces of baguette
- 200g turkey, chicken, or ham slices
- 8 slices of cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cheddar, or Swiss)
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 handful of fresh spinach or lettuce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or mustard
- Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:
- Prepare the bread: Cut the mini sandwich rolls or baguette in half.
