Mini Panini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 mini sandwich rolls or small pieces of baguette
  • 200g turkey, chicken, or ham slices
  • 8 slices of cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cheddar, or Swiss)
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach or lettuce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or mustard
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bread: Cut the mini sandwich rolls or baguette in half.
