Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (cold and cubed)
  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

For the dough:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Add cold butter cubes and rub them into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Gradually add cold water, mixing until it forms a smooth dough.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the chicken filling:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Add bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
