- 1 cup Pancake mix (or use your favorite homemade pancake batter)
- 1/2 cup Milk (or as needed for batter consistency)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Ripe bananas (sliced into thick rounds)
- Butter or oil (for greasing the pan)
- Maple syrup or honey (optional, for drizzling)
- Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the pancake batter
- In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth. Adjust with more milk if needed to get a pourable consistency.
- Slice the bananas
- Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Coat the banana slices
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Dip each banana slice into the pancake batter, ensuring it’s well-coated, and place it onto the skillet.
- Cook the pancake bites
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve
- Arrange the banana pancake bites on a plate. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
- Add sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for extra fun and appeal!
